The British Grand Prix was an interesting affair, starting in drying conditions with intermediate tyres, with half the track wet and half the track dry. With Vettel being so expensive – and not winning – the Red Bull driver was a costly mistake to pick, and Alonso was the key man to bring in the points this week.
